About the role
We are looking for dynamic and professional candidates who can make and process bookings, deal with enquiries, multi task and offer new and innovative ideas.

Full Time Travel Co Ordinator/Administrator for School Excursions

Away We Go Tours is Australia’s leading school travel agent. We specialise in providing all-inclusive itineraries for educational school excursions within Australia and Internationally.
With over 16 years’ experience as a school group travel specialist we share our experience and passion for travel by providing unique itineraries, the highest standards of service and ongoing support to our teachers. This has earned us a proud industry reputation for creating life-changing school travel experiences.
We are expanding our team in Regional Victoria and looking for someone with exceptional interpersonal skills, self-motivated and can show initiative in an often-busy travel/admin environment. Success in this role means you will have absolute attention to detail and possess the ability to methodically manage several tasks concurrently.
Essential Criteria
- Previous administration/travel experience
- Excellent Computer skills- e mail, Ms word, excel
- Proven ability to work independently but within a supportive team
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and developing these relationships
- Above average written and verbal skills
Highly desirable
- Experience with Mac computers
- Experience with the accounting package Xero
- Previous education and or travel industry exposure
