Away We Go Tours is seeking enthusiastic individuals who have a passion for travel and tour organisation with the interest of obtaining their own franchise business. AWGT is offering a limited number of positions in a unique structure where successful applicants will be employed through AWGT and paid a set salary for a period of time. During this employment, you will be given school trips to travel whilst also developing new business in the franchise area you reside in. Successful applicants must reach performance targets and at any stage can decide to purchase the franchise and begin to run their own business.

The Process

  1. Register your interest by filling out our enquiry form below.

  2. We’ll then be in contact with a Confidentiality Agreement which you must sign and return prior to receiving any more information.

  3. Upon return of the Confidentiality Agreement, you will receive a Franchise Prospectus which will provide you with more in depth information regarding the employment/franchise opportunity.

  4. Should you wish to continue with the employment with the aim of purchasing a franchise in time, we will provide further information/conduct phone interviews to assess the suitability.

  5. If successful you will be provided with start-up information, remote training, in-house training (based in Canberra, paid by AWGT ) and will also be allocated a Head Office State Franchise Supervisor.

  6. You will then be given trips to start work on immediately, whilst growing business in your franchise area.

  7. Once you’ve had a feel for the business, you can then decide at any time to purchase the franchise. However, please note the more the franchise develops in this period, the dearer the franchise cost becomes. So it is to your advantage to purchase as soon as you are satisfied.

  8. But don’t think it just stops there. We are a network of franchises working together towards the same goal.You’ll have constant contact with your supervisor and will regularly be provided with the most up to date marketing material, business strategies, support, training and business systems.
